Company Introduction

OPTIWAVE
Guangyuan Weilai Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
OPTIWAVE is a global-oriented provider of next-generation AI infrastructure and high-speed optical interconnect solutions.
We focus on the most fundamental and defensible layer of the AI era —
optical interconnect, system-level infrastructure, and engineering integration —
building what we call “the optical highways of the computing age.”
As AI computing scales rapidly, we hold a clear belief:
the true performance ceiling of AI systems is defined not only by chips, but by optics, energy efficiency, and system engineering.
What We Do
OPTIWAVE specializes in high-speed optical modules and system-level AI infrastructure solutions, including:
 • 100G / 200G / 400G / 800G and next-generation optical interconnect products
 •  Optical interconnect architecture for large-scale AI clusters
 •  AI infrastructure solutions designed at the rack, pod, and system level
 •   Deployment-ready solutions for hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and AI-native compute platforms
We are not a single-component vendor.
We approach AI infrastructure from a system engineering perspective, addressing real-world challenges such as bandwidth scaling, power efficiency, long-term reliability, and operational stability.
Technology & Team
System-level capability starts with people
OPTIWAVE’s core strength lies in a cross-disciplinary team of senior engineers and PhD-level experts with deep industry experience.
Our technical team brings long-term expertise in:
•   High-speed optical communications and optoelectronic integration
•  AI data center interconnect architecture and system design
•   Signal integrity, thermal design, and reliability engineering
•   Engineering validation, mass production, and large-scale deployment
Several core members hold doctoral degrees and have hands-on experience spanning
fundamental research → engineering implementation → scalable production.
We believe that in complex AI systems,
engineering judgment matters more than theoretical optimization.

Our Philosophy
System-first, not component-first.
OPTIWAVE designs from the perspective of real deployment and long-term operation:
•  System-level architecture across optics, compute, power, cooling, and monitoring
•  Engineering feasibility as a baseline, not an afterthought
•   Open and replaceable designs, compatible with multi-vendor ecosystems
•   Scalable and repeatable infrastructure, built like industrial products
Why OPTIWAVE
 •   Deep technical insight combined with engineering realism
We bridge the gap between advanced research and deployable infrastructure.
 •   End-to-end execution certainty
From design and manufacturing to delivery and deployment.
•    Built for global standards
Our systems are designed to align with international data center and cloud infrastructure requirements.
Our Vision
Over the next decade of sustained growth in AI computing,
OPTIWAVE aims to become a foundational company in next-generation AI infrastructure.
We believe:
No optics, no large-scale AI.
No system engineering, no scalable intelligence.
⸻
Technology evolves fast.Engineering judgment is earned over time.
