The Guangyuan Weilai 400G PAM4 series high-speed optical module is mainly used in the field of high-speed data transmission, such as the interconnection between leaf switches and spine switches in AI data centers, and the interconnection between switches in supercomputers.
The 400G SR4 PAM4 LPO series optical module is mainly composed of an 850nm VCSEL laser array and a detector array. There is no DSP chip internally, supporting 400GBE (4 × 100G).
The 400G DR4 PAM4 LPO series optical module adopts silicon optical technology and does not have a DSP chip inside. The single channel transmission and reception rates are both 106G PAM4. The optical interface is MPO-12 APC.
